We stayed at this place for 2 nights and really liked the quiet studio suite with the mini fridge, and would definitely return in the future.

The atmosphere of this place was pleasant and relaxing. the staff were friendly and professional, and the receptionist was super welcoming. the location was perfect for us - very peaceful and convenient, close to a bus station 🚌.

The room is large and silent and essentials you need, including an air conditioning, a work desk, and a TV, is right there.

Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would love to return. Everything was brand-new, including welcoming staff with a friendly professional receptionist. The location in a fairly quiet area was great and convenient and there were a supermarket and convenience stores nearby. Moreover, there was a lake within 45 mins walk from the hotel...

Our stay at Annex Lumpini was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the MRT Station Lumpini Park. We enjoyed the variety of street food options available right across the hotel, and the supermarket nearby was convenient for any needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the woman at the reception who went out of her way to help us wash our clothes for free. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a table and chair to work, and ample storage space. The free bottles of water were a nice touch. we had a good experience at Annex Lumpini.

The shower was a bit small and located next to the toilet, resulting in everything getting wet. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, frequently disconnecting and requiring manual reconnection.

The beds are soft, the room has climate control, a television, and a writing table, and the bathrooms are especially good with a walk-in shower.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of the snake farm and the beds are spacious.

The location was perfect, close to everything but not crowded with tourists. Many food options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, comfy bed, sunny balconies, clean, small gym. Refunded me for early checkout without asking.

It was all superb.
